With over fifteen years of experience in the marine service industry and extensive cruising adventures as a yacht Captain, Evan is a seasoned Captain who holds numerous Marine qualifications and licenses. With an MCA Master, MCA Chief Mate and Canadian Limited Master License, Evan’s cruising experience has allowed him to safely and efficiently navigate the owners, guests and crew through the Northeast and Southeast of the U.S.A., Bahamas, Caribbean, the Great Lakes and the St. Lawrence Seaway. Prior to joining Hucks in 2019, Evan captained 100′ and 130′ luxury yachts while delivering exceptional service and reliability, managed budgets for more than twenty-five yard periods with different vessels and managed the service department at a full service marina for sail and power boats of all sizes on Lake Ontario in Canada.
