Responsibilities:

• Transporting boats on trailers between our storage facilities and the water
• Launching/hauling boats from/to the water; blocking and shrink-wrapping boats for storage
• Delivering boats on trailers to our customers
• Perform on-road deliveries of new, pre-owned and brokerage boats
• Pick up customers’ boats from their locations in the fall
• Move customers’ boats around the marina property using shop equipment
• General yard work and maintenance, including equipment care
• Supporting the Service and Sales Teams
• Winter duties include snow plowing and clearing.
• Assist with the set-up and tear-down at boat shows.

The successful candidate will be:

* Competent - follows all safety procedures and rules of the road

* Physically fit - involved in all aspects of boat movement, including boat securing, yard maintenance, launching and hauling from the water

* Team player - works well with fellow employees to achieve our Department's goals

* Driven and Dependable - hardworking, an effective communicator and focused on completing daily tasks with pride

* Punctual and self motivated - able to follow direction and work with minimal supervision

The successful candidate will possess:

• Valid driver’s license with your own transportation
• Clean driving record
• Valid AZ, ARZ or DZ license (Please note: this is not a straight driving role. It is a physically active position that requires regular lifting, moving equipment, and working outdoors in various conditions)
• Minimum of 1-3 years experience working in a marine environment
• Attitude et tenue professionnelles à tout moment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all outdoor environments
• Experience with forklifts and marine travel lifts considered an asset
